A £150-£200 deposit must be paid before treatment due to the protection of Blended by Paige

AFTERCARE GUIDE FOR EXTENSIONS
- Plait hair to prevent tangles
​
- Do not go to bed with damp hair as mould can grow
​
- Wash hair special with sulphate free shampoo and conditioner
​
- Brush hair to remove tangles before washing
​
- Brush hair in a downward motion starting from the bottom, working your way up to the top. This allows little force so it won't damage the extensions
​
- Never brush when hair is wet, only comb it
​
- Do not apply heat to the bonding area this will weaken them
​
- Avoid wearing hair up for the first two weeks as this can cause slippage to the extensions and cause breakage
​
- Expect to lose between 5-20 hairs during the first 3 months of wear
​
- Avoid chlorine or salt pools as it can try the extensions
​
- Do not get oil on the bonded or ring area
​
- Only use conditioner on the mid lengths to ends of hair
​
- Do not shrub hair when washing this can cause matting
​
- Hair driers must be on a cool / medium setting
​
- Do not wash hair for 48 hours after fitting
​
- Avoid washing hair for more than 2-3 times a week

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Hair extensions by Paige for a full refund (excluding shipping).
Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order number, BEFORE the order is fulfilled & dispatched.

If however your order has already been processed, you will need to return the order to us.

Return or exchange an item
​

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item. If Item(s) have been purchased through a discount code or at sale price, item(s) can only be replaced and NOT refunded. However delivery charges are only refundable if you have received goods that are are faulty and a refund is made.
If an item is damaged in transit OR within the first 7 days after signing for we will provide a straight swap however anything longer is unable to be replaced by Hair Extensions by Paige personally. An item that has been replaced once for damage/fault cannot be replaced again or refunded.
Hair extensions by Paige has the right to refuse any improper returns when then item(s) are not sent back in the original condition. You will be notified of this via email or phone call when necessary.
For overseas customers, particularly Australia/New Zealand, due to waiting long waiting periods for shipping crediting sales back or in-store credit can be made available on request.
Please note:

The item (s) is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and is trackable.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our Warehouse, unless sent via special delivery.

The item is the customers responsibility and will only be replaced/refunded upon receipt so we advise if returning an item please send tracked & signed.
If the item you received is faulty, please contact customer care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement, please note if item is faulty after 14 days you will be offered a exchange only. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 14 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

I haven't Received my order:
If your order has taken longer than a week (after dispatch email) to arrive (UK) two weeks (International) from dispatch, feel free to contact us and we will be able to inform you further.
